If you would like to secure a specific time, you can make an appointment (even same day!), or you can call and ask about our walk-in policy.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR LIVE SCAN? Applicants must bring a completed “Request for Live Scan Service”, a 3-part applicant submission form. This form must be filled out with information provided in all required fields, including Social Security Number. We can’t help you fill it out, and it is required by the agency that referred you for live scan fingerprints. If you have not been provided with this form, request one from your referring employer, licensing volunteer organization, or referring agency. For our clients’ convenience, we have blank “Request Live Scan Service Forms” at our site. However, it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary ORI Code, Agency Set Address and Mail Code that pertains to your referring agency. Our rolling fee is $24. This is what we charge to provide the service. There may also be costs to process your fingerprints at the Department of Justice. If your agency does not provide a BILLING NUMBER, then the following fees may also apply: DOJ Fee $32 FBI Fee $19 DSS Fee $10 Child Abuse Index Fee $15 Firearm Index $38 PAYMENT INFORMATION We accept cash, business checks, cashiers checks, or money orders and ATM/Debit. We do not accept Credit Cards personal checks. Please bring your completed REQUEST FOR LIVE SCAN SERVICE form, one form of I.D. (Driver’s license, Passport, Identification card, etc.), and your payment. EXCLUSIVE USER AGREEMENT We will reduce our rolling fee based upon an established number of fingerprint scans. If you agree to send all of your applicants to our company exclusively, we will reduce our rolling fee for you.
